I recently bought a newly launched HTC 626 g Plus phone on 8th may 2015 with imei number (358030060745671)and its my first HTC phone, however after just 4 days of my purchase i.e. 12-05-2015 the phone accidentally slipped from my hands and fell down and their was a scratch on the screen and the touch also stopped working immediately. However in this case the fall was not major I never thought that the phone can be so fragile; I went to the authorized service centre here in delhi( kamla nagar) and they said the phone will not be covered under warranty and that I have to shell 6k for screen replacement, I told them to replace it and we will pay but its been more than a month and the part is not available with the service center- I have also called the customer care numerous time. . no body is responding. I would like to request you to kindly give me my phone as son as possible as its been more then 1 month I haven’t got any response from the service center. their cold reaction and careless attitude is annoying me. The phone is lying in the service center from since a month so the credibility of the parts is also endangered. kindly do the needful and issue me a new sealed phone as the phone was just 4 days old and is lying in service center since a month. Hoping for a quick and positive response.

A new sealed Pack phone as the Part needs to be replaced is not with the service centre and its been more than 1 month the brand new phone is with them. the credit ability of the phone is in question.
