I have paid Rs.32149/- by credit card to Kaunsa.com and ordered one sony bravia 32 ” KDL 32W700B tv ON 28 MAY 15 vide order no. 43796911762856. The company promised to deliver the product on 12 Jun 15. The delivery date having been over , now the company is not responding to my mails and is not able to give satisfactory reply. In fact the helpline is curt enough to ask me wait till the item is delivered and often do not attend the calls / go offline midway the conversation. I seek immediate redressal by way of immediate delivery of quality product / refund of money.

I want order cancellation and immediate refund.
