Dear sir my self devender sharma address-c-188 harinagar clock tower delhi-64.i purchased a phone htc 816g plus duel sim phone on 19 feb 2015 from m2k mall rohini from cell guru shop after o1&1/2 month their is some problem in phone it suddenly power on & power off but not open applicatons.i have given the phone to htc service center at omkar services shop no223 ist floor sec-6 rohini on date 20/04/2015 ticket no-15ina170001433 ,job no del026-0005247 imei no-356064063611376 but after 10 days today 30/4/2015 reached to collect my hand set at rohini service center problem in phone is still same before given phone to service center.after discussions they issued me another job card ticket no15ina180011133. if the problem not rectified after services plz replace my phone.
