I had purchased automatic roti maker from Naaptol vide my order no. 14117491 dated 16/04/15 and received it very next day on 17/04/15 by paying cash of Rs. 2399=00. But while opening it we found it defective and not working. There was a problem of no power on in it. After contacting on their given phone nos. there are only standard answering that EComm courier person will come to collect this defective piece from our house and send it to their new delhi warehouse for further inspection. After inspection Naaptol will send me a working item in replacement of this defective product. But since last 15 days my query is not yet been solve. They are not providing any solution of it. Still my Automatic Roti maker is not working. Please help me by getting justice in this matter.

Kindly inform Naaptol to return me my money and take their defective roti maker back as now I don’t want to purchase anything from their website.
