Evidence As Enclosed. I had sent my phone two times to service centre for the repeated issue but still not been solved. My phone got shutdown due to htc sense error twise. And they take time more than a week to sove the issue. So totally i had sent phone twice it had taken long time and still the problem is not resolved. They asked me to serve on priority basis and also to perform quality check with phone and asked me to send phone again, And accordingly i sent my phone again to them and still issue is not resolved. Also they have kept my phone for more than a week with them. I was without phone since long time which caused me a loss of money as i use to deal through phone. Mainly i asked for the replacement of my phone as i was sending my phone for the secont time but they didnot hear me. They were very rude. once they say i will resolve the issue and other executive says this is not coverred under the warrenty. I lost all my important contact and data which was related to my business. I used to deal with costumer through whatsapp applications and many more which is now a days important for doing business world wide. I told them i will file a petition in the consumer court than they said ” ok file ” which was very rude and hurting. We costumer are buying phone of 45000 rupees and receiving such a response from them is very much disappointing. Even they mentally disturbed me. They are not giving receipt and the information related to the service which they have performed. They says its online now a days so we will not give any documents and receipt. They says i wont give information of the service we have performed

I want replacement of my phone and rupees Lakh For Wasting my time and energy. If i would get my money back of the amount of phone i have purchased than i will get full satisfaction. I dont want to use HTC any more. I will Buy apple Phone as they serve well. In case of consumer complain they replace phone in forth day. Kindly help me in getting refund of my amount.
