I purchased a phone and it was was woring on day1. It was dead on arrival. I ordered phone from Ebay. I called ebay seller , Ebay nad philps but no one helped till date in replacing the phone

I need my phone exchanged and compensation for the trouble that i went through(Tension and mental torture)
