HTC Sold Faulty Mobile

I purchase my mobile handset HTC 826 on dated 19-06-2015 that was physical damage and that device replaced on 03-07-2015. But with new mobile also i faced the battery charging problem and for this issue i submitted my handset 3 times in HTC service center but still the problem is same. Now, again i raised the query on phone with customer care on dated 16-10-2015 they given me the ticket number to trace my query update. But when ever i called again they are not responding to me. I am very disappoint with HTC service.
