Why Xolo has no Customer Service in India ?

Dear xolo care Greetings for the day!! I am Vivek V Navale, Customer of your mobile service, details about my phone are *xolo* MOD:8x-1000 IMEI:911387 600233620 / 911387 600333669 s/no;- 8x-1000414H 3013363 Well I wanted to start the mail with a positive note, but I am sad to say that I do not have anything positive to say about my experience with your company. I had given my care centre for 13 nov 2014 from 27 dec 2014(date as submitted to care but I received after 3 months ) because there was some problem with my flash. Well the real problem started after that. My phone started misbehaving even more after bringing from the care centre. 1. I started getting shadow in my flash. Also it doesn’t work properly every time. 2. I had bought mobile for the clarity of mobile as I love clicking pictures. But since the time I have bought my phone from customer care the phone clarity has gone for toss. 3. People buy phones to save time. Mine is to waste time. It hangs so much that you end up thinking why have you bought this stupid box 4. Your care centre guys must have put some advance knowledge management system in my phone. The phone automatically comes to know when it should restart. Surprisingly it restarts many times a day and does not even wait for my command. 5. My sim 1 slot detects itself according to its own mood and mostly it is not in a mood to detect itself. Hence I am forced mostly to avoid this slot. What is the point of having a dual sim phone? above are what I actually problems had, I dint got solved single problem even after 3 services. Even at last time I requested to extend my warranty for month and local care center did and replace PCB now performance looks good but camera problem not solved and even that care person don’t have solution for that what I want is replacement for my mobile. You may get all record by IEMI no even though I m giving you details as below 13-nov-2014 (first time submitted date) 13-06-15 (second time submitted date) Conversation had with customer care executive ref.no 446625 (26 aug 15) 31-8-15 (third time submitted date)/work order no.510005593351. Received mobile on 22 sep 15 And on same date got replace PCB of mobile on care center. 8 sep 15 Conversation had with customer care executive ref no. 460630. And last time vested on 20 oct 15. And I am not only the unsatisfied customer I researched there are so many like me.

I hope you are really very clear about my problems. Now let’s come to the solution. I have lost faith in your care centre. I do not want my phone to be there for another 3 months & come with another 1000 problems. The only solution to this is that I want my phone to be replaced. I want a replacement for the phone all these problems have started after submitting it to your care centre. In any case you feel you cannot give me replacement please give me a written answer for that. I might use it for my reference against you in consumer court if my problem is solved. I do not want to drag this matter, but if you don’t address my grievance I will be forced to take action. My demand is simple & clear. I hope you will fulfil my demand and spread positivity about your brand. I still have faith in the brand and believe they will not let down me. Thank You!! Warm Regards, Vivek V navale
