I have purchased HUAWEI white colour mobile phone of Model No. HUAWEI U8950-1 from one of the authorised dealer at dadar (East) Mumbai in the month of February’13. This mobile is under warranty for 1 year. Unfortunately this mobile had some problem. I have been informed by your service centre about the problem in Mother Board. I had given to Authorised service centre for repairing at “NICE TELECOM” on dtd. 29/07/2013 vide Job Sheet No. SALMH385R106. They suppose to give me back the repaired phone in a weeks time but till date I have not received it. They simply says we have not yet received the parts from company & you have to wait till we received the parts from company. Almost 30 days gone and no result as on date.
