Huawei Poor After Sales Consumer Care

I bought a Huawei Honor Holly on 31.01.2014. Due to an accident I broke my handset. So I contacted Huawei Service Centre in Bhubaneswar regarding repairing. I was told that Physical damages are not covered under warranty for which I agreed to pay charges. So I have submitted my device on 29.12.2015. But till date I have not yet received my device. Every time I have been given excuses. I have sent repeated emails to the Brand as well as the service centre.

I am working as a field engineer. I need my handset everytime to call or mail in order to be in touch with my superiors. But the Brand Manufacturer is not taking my issues seriously even after repeated request.

I need me handset repaired or a new handset and compensation because of the issues I faced in my Professional Life.
