Hello sir I am Oscar from pune. I had purchased ipsa biometric lock on ninth of October 2015 worth 22099rs from kohinoor hardware and I have the bill the shopkeeper promised to repair or replace product if it dosent work so after few months it stopped working actually the handle came off I called him he told me he will be coming after five days but he didnt come so I txt him that m gonna complain earlier while installing it had many wrong parts which took him months to fix it and now I guess he will do the same so I request to help me with this issue he also hasnt send any company person as it had one year of guarantee on the product thank you

Sleepless night for months when he didn’t had the parts as the door was open I doubt the product is used one visiting charges to him. I want him to fix the product or give me new one and I would pay the difference.
