Tata DoCoMo Pre-Paid Not Working

My mobile 9228XX3664 (Tata Docomo CDMA Prepaid Number) ‘s service is not working since 1st Mar due to TRAI Non-Compliance. I have submitted document at Branch before one month and the Branch person had submitted document to Service Point on 4th Feb 2016. I was under assumption that my document will reach to respective department and my number will be active. But somehow document is not reached to TRAI or respective department from branch and SO my number is deactivated due to TRAI non compliance. My service is dropped on 1st March. Branch address where I have submitted document is “Ankur Char Rasta, Shop no. 3, Maharshi Enclave, near Ankur Char Rasta, Ahmedabad, Gujarat”. I called customer care and they says “We have not received document and number is deactivated and now It will not be activated from our system”. Even this is not my fault but customer care and branch are not doing anything for me.

I was using this number since 2006. I have given this number everywhere where one need to contact me. Government/Bank everywhere.
