Huge Billing on Tata DoCoMo 3G – A Review

Service provider executive calls and changes plan of the 3G set of mine stating that this plan will reduce the amount of bills.but the bill value rose from 1000 to 5000Rs. Paid them nearly 50000Rs/- for individual connection. mean while had been calling these people to reset the account to previous one or the one which will reduce the bill but they did not care to. I told their executive to terminate the account as it is not affordable to pay 5000Rs for internet connections. but they still kept the same on and they kept adding the bills. Finally they have sent a mail stating as a legal notice and pay the amount.this is a major loss to me as the company is trying to take undue advantage of mine to pay the bills

1) I want their written apology against looting me and harassing me on the same 2) It has been a major loss of finance on personal level as Rs 50,000/- is a big amount to be spent on 3g connection.Want refund of the same. 3) I want Rs 50 Lac reimbursement against mental harassment and defaming my name( as they have sent me a legal notice and are threatening me that my name will be added in the Black list of the Credit Verification agencies)which has resulted in my attention in my business and created loss to me worth Rs 1Cr
