This is with regards to the extensively priced spare parts at Sharayu Hyundai. We had bought a Hyundai I20 Sportz 2011 Model (Reg No.MH05AX1329) from Sharayu Hyundai in Navi Mumbai. In all these 4 years we have serviced our car only at Sharayu Hyundai Navi Mumbai and continued being their loyal consumer. We had a scenario in past when we wished to fix a small dent mark on our vehicle for which we were given a estimate of Rs.22000 which was way to high. Same was been addressed to the MD and later we ended up paying Rs.12000 approx. This was the 1st unpleasant situation faced at Sharayu. Again on 28th Feb 2015 we visited Sharayu for our regular servicing and had only 1 issue that was with the car remote key button damaged. This time again we are being quoted a price of Rs.11500 for a mere remote shell in which they would be replacing the old key itself. Again we got in touch with Mr.Rajput explaining him that the priced quoted is extensively high for a remote shell wherein the whole central locking system comes for Approx Rs.13000. Upon which Mr.Rajput said that this is what all consumers pay all over india and the pric is set by Hyundai.

Now I have only 1 key and that too damaged and I am unable to pay Rs.11500 for just one key. But the management at Sharayu Hyundai is not interested in after sales issues and are only interested in sales. Even the service advisors were unwilling to let a consumer speak to a manager. Sharayu Hyundai is not willing to address the consumers concerns further and stick to one word that this is the price and they cant help further.

I want the key to be replaced by paying what is ethical and genuine. And also want the price list for all the spare parts to be checked and revised making it affordable for consumers. Everytime we go there we have to undergo mental stress due to there prices. Loads of Similar issues are being registered on Internet against Sharayu Hyundai. On behalf of all other consumers of Sharayu I would request an enquiry in Sharayu Hyundai
