Modi Hyundai Goregaon West Workshop has over charged the Service Tax from us. They have charged service tax on the amount which was given discount to us, which is not right & illegal. Car number MH02BR6066 has send to workshop for regular servicing on 30/10/14. Rs. 316/- was given as discount of labour charges amount to Rs. 3160/-. However, service tax was charged on full amount of Rs. 3160/-, were as it should be charged on only Rs. 2844/-. Invoice Number is B201421967, payment is done through credit card. On sending mails twice, there is no revert from there side.

As Modi Hyundai Goregaon West Workshop has over charged, we have to pay extra amount which was not right and reminding them twice to rectify the mistake & refund back the extra amount which is charged wrongly, they have not reverted back and we have wasted our time & resources & have to go through mental agony.
