R/sir, I used Kent to side last 2 year. It worked very well but last one month It did not purify water. I contacted to local service provider . he change my to cancel and take Rs1200. But after change candle it does not work. When I again contact to him , he does not listen me. When I contact customer care no 18001001000 they give Mr. Kripal Chopra service provider in Patiala but he does not take my call. Mob. No 08054009xxx. Kindly help me. I become helpless because service provider not listen me.
