Hyundai – Dealer poor service car not delivered

I had booked a card on 08 March on a condition that dealer will confirm if car can be registered with the notorized rent agreement.I was promised by the dealer that they will get it done if i can share all the documents like PAN,passport etc.however till date there has been no revert.I approached the dealer on 25 march for cancellation however i was told someone senior will look into the issue.I have sent an email called the sales executive however no one responds.I have been asked by Amol Kamble to pay bribe to the RTO officer if i want the car registration done.My complaint number 1-109808458 & 1-123769282 with Hyundai has not led any result yet.

i want the refund of the booking amount as i dont want to pay any bribe.sales executive is a cheat
