Hyundai Eon Dealer – Higher Charges

I had purchased a brand new hyundai eon sportz car from M/s Classic Hyundai, Malappuram on 18/12/2012. While purchasing I have paid for extended warranty, but again in 2014 December they told me that extended warranty is not done in their computer, and instructed me to pay for that. I have paid. After checking payment details which was in my home, it is understood that I already had paid extended warranty at the time of purchase itself. More over, while checking the bills and other supporting documents, big variations in invoice and other documents found. In invoice vehicle value is only 3,52,519, where as in payment details given by them to me is 3,73,304 on the same time it is 3,82,519 in a white paper named customer settlement sheet. More over, as eon sportz variant is the top model in its segment, they were offered me all accessories free of cost, but charged 2500, extended warranty free of cost, charged twice,ie, at the time of purchase and in 2014 December, . The car manufacturer Hyundai does not allow them to collect any delivery charges, but they collected me 5000 as delivery charges. There was an offer by Hyundai itself of Insurance, amounting to Rs. 9502 even that also collected from me by Classic Hyundai. I had requested them to give me back, but they are giving vague adjustment details to me for my payment. Even I had contacted M/s Hyundai Motors India Limited, but they also not considering this as a serious matter.

I expect the monetary damage suffered by me along with interest @ 18% p.a, for the difference in Invoice price and vehicle given to me as per customer settlement sheet
