Hyundai Not Replacing Parts During Warranty Period

complaint no 1-105-454190 registered with Hyundai Motors India Limited The company is not resolving the issue and not given free warranty replacement which is applicable. Our Hyundai Eon car registered in the name of my mother DL12CE4555 has a problem with front axle. The axle is making a cracking sound and the Authorized Service Centre Rama Hyundai, Vasant Kunj promise to resolve the issue free of cost as vehicle is covered under warranty. While performing the work they called me and said we are about to install the new axle but same would not be covered under warranty as there is a boot damage. I fail to understand the boot is part of the axle and the whole part is covered under warranty then why they would not cover same under warranty. More over I have already faced 2 previous issues with the same car under warranty which determines the Hyundai cars are using poor quality product. I own Maruti vehicles as well but never faced any problem. My 8 yr old wagon R has still not got axle issue. Now I have even spoken to customer care at HMIL but no response to there end. They customer grievance person never picks up the phone at New Delhi office and they do not reply to emails. kindly help me get same resolved. Complaint no. – 1-105-454190 / complained on 28 mar 2015 // no response towards resolution again contacted on 2 apr 2015 yet no response. I am being asked to pay for replacement of the part covered under warranty.
