On 5 march 2015 i ordered 2 pair of shoes worth 900 and paid for it through net banking. Its 5 April today but product is not delivered yet. they are not responding to my mails as well. Only mail i get through them is saying. PLEASE BEAR WITH US..WE DON’T HAVE REFUND POLICY. WAIT FOR 7-10 DAYS MORE. they have not provided any phone number on there website. i have been mailing them almost everyday..but they do not reply.
I have paid for the product already and they are not refunding. 2- i am a student and i was going out for training that’s why i ordered the products but i had to buy more shoes from market. 3. They have caused me financial and mental trouble. I want a strong action against them. so that they never dare to repeat it against anyone else I want my money back with written apology. i don’t want those shoes that i ordered. since i have already got new pairs.
