I have purchased elite i20 Asta in April 2015 according to new price as per 2015 from Hyundai mango showroom srikakulam. But in the certificate of registration shows that manufactured date as 1st Mar 2014 and this issue was raised and the old Cbook was handed over to the showroom sales representative and showroom in charge in srikakulam (Mr. Venkat /+918008989817) & also Mr.Pradeep L

Branch manager Mr.Pradeep said that the car is not 2014 model, it’s 2015 model only and said that the mistake was done in RTA office.

Years have passed but no corrective action was taken and driving with only xerox copy of old certificate of registration. On 4th April 2018 finally complaint was raised in National consumer helpline ( complaint no: 674770)

On 7th April 2018 Mr.Pradeep & Mr.Venkat visited our house and requested to give a with high rating with satisfactory feedback on company format letter which we denied to do that and said solve the issue as soon as possible and i’ll withdraw the complaint as well as will give the feedback

Infact I have given a written letter to Mango motors pvt Ltd about these issues, yet no response from them

Then the bank manager Mr.Pradeep had guaranteed that in within 15days the issue will be solved and will issue a new certificate of registration.

I hope the above issue will be solved as soon as possible and take corrective action so that these mistakes will never raise again in future
