I was assured that by on or before 14th, i will received feed back and no response from you guys…. when we call, you guys say the call will be recorded and will be used for training services ? may i ask you guys i have put forth all the grievances and was assured that things will be set right ? but no response.

for your kind information, the undersigned have spend 10 years in handling/customer support for reputed courier company and sorry to say that your customer service and delivery is so worst in all terms, never expected from such a brand.

for this mail also, i would be getting automated reply that you would revert back in 48 hours or early which will never happen ?
