i have booked the seedling of Potato of LOKER type before a month. i have the order form of the booking. But now the company have supplied the Seedling of Potato of LR type. now the time for sowing seeds is passing away as this is the perfect time for sowing potato

we have purchased the seedlings of Rs. 550000.00 and this will result in the production loss and we could not get the support rates of our product in the market. Hence the total damage is about 10 Lacs.

We need the compensation from the company about the wrong supply of material which will result in production loss and the less market rates of our product. Hence the company must pay the compensation of Rs. 10 Lacs to us.
