Dear Concern Naukrizone Management Services is a Recruitment Company working for Recruitment Services for Various IT Company. We are although serving On IT Company Namely I-Next Solution address ,Address SCO 58-59 , First Floor, Sub City Center, Sector 34, Chandigarh, 160022. I placed One Candidate there Namely Salil Kotia as Business Analyst in January 2014 on 4.32 Lac CTC Per annum and I do have all the Proof and Contract with me. Now I-Next Solution and the MD of the Company Name Mohit Kumar Gupta is totally refusing for payment and making false commitment of that the candidate is not from you and Making other matter of treating and other thing .I next Solution is Fraud Company and the employees are fired every without any notice and other thing although company is Taking Bond – Original DMC of Candidates and they are not returning the same to Employee. I have all Recordings with Employee as well as of MD Mohit Kumar gupta. He is making full to Employee and Consultant and not Making Payment to Consultancy Fees. Firstly he rejects the candidate and after a week HR will ask for Joining. As per contract if you track your Referral Candidate then he totally refuse the candidate is through self source. I – Next Solution is totally Fraud Company. They are not submitting any PF, ESI or Any Service Tax to Govt as well, as Per Company Act 1956 if the company has more than 20 Employee then Company should be private and PF and other deduction took place but they are not doing the same. Mohit Kumar Gupta is doing fraud with their client on Odesk / Elance / Guru.com. He Take short Project and take advance Money from Outside India and not Completing the Work then he stop the Project. So I request to legal Authority to take action Against Mohit Kumar Gupta and I Next Solution Chandigarh.
