Dear Sir, I am Vodafone postpaid user Mobile No. 9711880xxx since from last 6 years…initially it was corporate account number..i transfers same number on individual based in sep 2013 with all documented formalities. Vodafone offered me Rs 249 plan with Voice+data service on mentioned number plus additional supplementary(SMS/mints free)services.. It was shocking and surprised to me,when i found after a year comes,voda were provided me only voice service not included data service.. I move forward and pass this matter aside, again made request to provide me both(voive+data) services in new plan on same mobile number…here,vodafone suggested me Rs 199 plan with both services..i agreed to go with same plan and ask vodafone care to ON discussed plan on my mobile number…they change my exiting plan(Rs 249) to Rs 199 on Feb 24..confirmed me by SMS of for activation….Once again on Feb 24..i received a SMS from voda,that the Rs 199 plan deactivated on my mobile number on Feb 25..where i did not made any request or approval of deactivate of such plan. same time vodafone active very high paid plan Rs 1599 on my number without any request from me… It was very surprised to me to charge of such amount without customer request of such service/plan… I sent and received emails from Vodafone customer care on this activity..they are not providing me any satisfaction reply but asking to stick on high pay Rs 1599 plan on my number… i have SMS and emails on such matter..and can provide same to you.. Please review the matter and hope for constructive solution on customer harassment. Thanks Rajiv mobile-9711880xxx
