I purchased iball andi 5Q Gold 4G mobile Special Gold sr.no. 9115136 50030349 as on Dt. 08/07/2016 with in one year i face many problem. mobile was automatically redstart, hang , screen problem, speed problem, calling problem, then i repair 3-4 times in your authorized service center ( Om Services Jalgaon, maharashtra) but the problem is not solve properly. Then i remove all games, whatsapp, email, i use without inter net but the problem are same. Now they are not response me or guide me properly now my mobile at service center form 1 June 2017 but they has not solve the problem still. please solve my problem.
