Sir, this matter is serious for us, as corporate decisions are taken on clear cut guidelines. From our end, we have done everything as per guidelines laid by Reliance Jio , which is not followed by yourself. Why we should suffer for no fault of ours ?

Kindly provide the Mail ID of your higher authorities, we need to raise the issue with them.
