I have given my tab iball 3g7334i to the service center on 04.04.2014 for replacing the damaged touch screen. on 04.04.2014 the service center person told that the tab will be repaired within or after 20 days. I visited the service center many times to check the status of the tab and now they are telling that the spares of the tab are not available and we also don’t know how much more time it will take. I have called the service center head (mumbai 02230815144)but still the problem is not solved. I trusted iball, the function and operating of the tab was excellent but due to the service problem now i think that i have taken a wrong decision by purchasing the tab of iball. I have spend Rs.11000/- for the tab not for keeping the tab in the service center for months. This is waste of my money.
