I had submitted my iBerry mobile to Deprosys Technologies (Chennai), New No. 3, Ground Floor, Anandhan St. North Usman Rd. T.Nagar, Near Zee Tamil TV Back Side, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600017 with no RVSRN1412DT00031 on December 09. But till now I am not able get the update about my mobile. Each day they mentioned like No Network, Madam Not available etc. I have already waited for 45 days to get my mobile but till now no update on the same. I need replacement for my mobile.

I demand immediate relief or will approach the district consumer court of law.
