Volkswagen Polo car was purchased on 10/07/2013. after few months of purchasing the car starting showing some problem or the other. due to which the car has been towed to the respective workshop also. despite regular complaints in the car the owner of the car ignored them. after one year or so the car didn’t start because of the fault in fuel pump of the car(which is an internal defect of the car and has nothing related to the owner of the car). the car was towed for the same to the to the workshop. now in the month of December, 2014 the car went for a repair to the workshop. after 10 days the car was received. after 5-6 days of it the car again didn’t start and went to the workshop. with some repairing the car was given back to the owner with a bill of aprrox 13000. but from the next day a new problem arise in the car and for which the car is again in the workshop. it’s been now a month that the car has been in the workshop only.

Since there are regular problems in the car, the owner has face many problems in his daily life. he also has to suffer in his business as his place of work is around 60 kms far. the reason for buying the car was for business needs. but that purpose is not fulfilled and the owner has to bear losses.
