Sir/Mam, I purchased one phone of iberry brand model no. is auxus nuclea N1 (worth 18000 Rs.)on july 2013 and phone got the problem of display in the month of april 2014 and i sent the phone to their chennai service center and they replied me that the stock of display is not available with us it will be available within a 20 days time.After 20 days i called back they said the same thing that the stock is not available it will take 15 days more and now its three months over they dont have the stock available with them.I also told them that if you dont have the stock just replace my phone but thay have no answer on this.So please do the needful.
