Name Azhar khan Mobile number 9015383xxx (prepaid). Issue :- My complaint is against telecom service provider “Reliance telecom” . I have been following their highest escalation “Appellate” team since 20th March 2014 ,to resolve my issue (regarding disconnection of VAS service). Every time they assured me that service has been disconnected , however every month they again deduct money for same service. Even after so many chain mails, they are not able to disconnect the service. This is huge mental harassment for me, as i don’t have so much time every month to draft a mail for the cancellation of same service. Please help. This month again they have deducted amount for same service. I wrote this email to you, as i want perfect resolution against this problem.

To root out issue and due to lack of their attention and service , seeking for compensation ( As it would make service prompt and respective authority will get serious towards the service
