I had joined their online 12 weeks certification course on Instructional Design .I transferred the amount of Rs 9750 on 18th September. I started the course and after completing 2 weeks course I found out that their entire content is not even ready. I have sent them numerous mails and tried to call them so many times but there has been no response from them at all. Even after 12 weeks, their content is still not updated. They never informed me about this or else I would not have joined the course at all.

I want to get my entire money back ( Rs 9750) and want some compensation for this harassment.
