Respected Sir, I am Raghavendra C V, from Bangalore. I was staying in Jasola, New Delhi, for some time(June 2012 to June 2013) and am back to Bangalore, currently. I have an issue with a movers and packers agency, by name, Anmol movers and packers, based in Gurgaon and that’s the purpose of filing this complaint. I moved out of New Delhi on 19th June 2013.On 18th June 2013 , I had called this Anmol movers and packers (got their number on internet search) and had put my household and electronic goods, to be delivered to Bangalore. I had spoken to a person by name,Mr. Vikas Yadav on phone.He had sent two of his persons, who packed all my stuff and took them in a vehicle. There were 14 items in total, which included: 1 fully automatic Haier company’s washing machine 1 small fridge(Haier company’s) 1 Kent RO water purifier system 3 cartons of clothes 2 cartons of domestic utensils 1 carton of books 1 gas stove 1 26” colour television(Sony) 1 Tata sky antenna 1 Tata sky set up box 1 Honda Activa bike(2 –wheeler). All these items are worth 1.5-2 lakhs. Most of these items are just 1 year old, from the date of purchase, as I had bought all of them in 2012,except the Honda Activa Vehicle,which I had bought it in 2007.I had given Rs 3000,as advance and rest Rs 7000 is pending. I have with me, the receipts, with me, issued by them. I was been told that I will receive my goods within 7-10 days in Bangalore. I was not bothered for the initial 15-20 days .I thought ,it will take this usual time to deliver the goods and didn’t call them. When I didn’t receive any call or the goods, even then, I gave a call to them, to enquire. Mr Vikas Yadav, responded saying that,I will receive the goods by 7th July 2013.I waited until the deadline. But I didn’t receive any goods.. Two times on speaking to him, he told to pay the remaining amount(Rs 7000) to his account and he will deliver my goods. Initially, I refused thinking that he may dupe and requested him to deliver the goods and collect the remaining amount on delivery. Later.I accepted and asked for the account number, but he refused to give the account number. I have not paid the remaining amount. I had even sought help of Police in Bangalore, to interact with him, as I was feeling very much frustrated speaking to him. They spoke to him and tried to convince and get the goods, but in vain.I had even told him, that the consequences will be bad and will inform the police. He says,to get my goods from Police help ,itself and he will not deliver my goods. Finally, I took the help of some of my friends in Delhi and Gurgaon, to trace this person. I am held up in Bangalore and unable to make it up to Gurgaon currently. My friends found that, there is no office existing at the address mentioned in the website or the visiting card. On enquiring some people present at that address, they told, that there was an office by name, Anmol

I want my goods to be delivered in complete.If goods are not delivered,I want the compensation,with respect to the cost of the items worth.The total loss is worth around 70000.I want a compensation of Rs 1,00,000 in total.
