Sir, A credit card (No. ending 3005) has been issued in my favor vide ICICI Bank letter dated 30.01.2013. In this letter it has been mentioned that if Rs. 5000 will be spent within 60 days from the setup date, an amount of Rs. 500 shall be refunded. Accordingly, by 27.03.2013, I have spent more than Rs. 5000. But till date Rs. 500 has not been refunded by the ICICI Bank. In the mean time I have lodged two service requests vide no. SR268281597 dated 12/05/2013 and SR271574454 dated 10/06/2013. In both the times the customer care executives had assured me to refund the amount within 7 working days. Moreover, the customer care executive on dated 10/06/2013 assured me to refund the amount by 20/06/2013 but till date the amount has not been refunded in my account. From the above conversation with your customer care executive I came to know that your executives are making false commitment and in this way the bank is cheating its customers. Accordingly, I do not want to make any further transaction with the ICICI Bank Credit card. Therefore, please refund my cash back amount of Rs. 500/- and please provide me the procedure for surrender of the credit card.
