ICICI Bank Debit on Failed Transaction

On 21st Dec, I tried transaction of amount 270 INR which was failed, I again tried and same was again failed, total amount wrongly debited 540 INR. I contacted ICICI customer care they said that theirs some technical issue because of which amount has been debited but paid to freecharge(Merchant). Then I contact Freecharge.com and I took about 15 days with multiple followup with freecharge they said that it was a failed transaction and they have not received any amount and asked me to file a chargeback with bank. Meantime I have already asked the bank to let me know what I need to do they said it was successful from their side and no issue at their end. And today when I again tried paying a bill using Imobile (Mobile app of ICICI bank), I was paying bill of amount 4350 INR but same was failed, I tried again it was successful But total debited from my account was 8700 INR. No help received from ICICI as they are saying it will take minimum 10 working days for issue dated 21-12-2014 and they have asked me to wait for 7 working days for today’s issue. In this total amount of 4890 INR of my hard-earned stucked with them. My ICICI account no is 661401555537
