MTS is promising speeds of 8.1mbps but I am getting speed on 50kpbs. I have written numerous times to customer and lodged the complaint but its not resolved. i have even written to Appellate Authority which is of no use.They have cheated me. They don’t even reply to complaints.

Its very irritating and annoying. I am not even able to open google.com. With this speed I am not able to use the internet. Its completely waste of money and very frustrating.

I want the company to refund my money plus Rs.10000/- for giving worst service. Also the company should be asked to provide better service so that no other customer is cheated
