Amount Debited from my Bank Account during online renewal of ICICI Bike Insurance policy on 23-02-14, but Transaction Failed and amount not refunded till date. I have make various trailing mails & calls to the concerned but no result have found. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest Rs. 1083/- debited from my account & due to finical crises I have not renewed my 2 wheeler insurance policy. Please arrange to convey for refund the amount Rs. 1083.
