Airtel Closing Consumer Complaints Without Resolution

Its been 3 days now i haven’t received any revert from your end about the my Airtel Mobile complaint i raised on 15. After calling to 121 for more than 6 times and spending more than 3 hours talking to the representatives i came to know that the issue has been closed from your end without letting me know and without sending me the revert mail as the complaint was send to you by mail.

Kindly send me the same in writing with an Explanation why i was not been informed earlier as the turn around time for any complaints was for 24 to 48 hours, informed earlier by ur representative on phone on 15 feb 2014 an hour before i send your team a mail. (Listen to your recordings for reference)

Madhavi – sorry to loop you in the mail as i am feed up talking to customer care as they are not willing to take any actions, sometimes i have noticed they are not even bother to talk to me as their voice and tone seems to be
disinterested.
