Dear Sir/Mam, I have bought Lenovo S850 smartphone from Gandhidham, Kutch. After few days use I found that Voice calls stops working when we enter in roaming. Signal strength is working fine. So, I gave my phone for servicing at your Gandhidham service center. Still the problem persist. Please help me in this regards. PLease call for better understanding of the problem and provide solution.

Lenovo S850 Mobile Probably Faulty ? Here is the e-mail after First Service ?
Dear Mam,

This is regarding trailing mail, that i have faced problem in my Lenovo S850 mobile while i am travelling. As you told me that, visit your service center,- i dont have any problem to visit your service center again, but what is the surety that problem is resolved? What if i am facing the same problem again? Are you going to replace piece to piece my mobile or refund the amount which i spent?
