Airtel Nodal / Appellate Authority Customer Service – Review

This is very irritating and disappointing behavior what the Bharti Airtel is showing to me, as an 11 years old using the service of customer is asking you to provide proper feedback and assistance from a well known network service provider.

Refer to the trail mail where in i have requested to you to provided some information as the billing was disputed for last month and a proper clarification was not been provided till yet. Only false promises were made to me. I have raised a complaint on 15th feb and today till 21st feb i haven’t received any calls from any department yet. Only a mail was been send that some one will attempt to call me but nothing happened in reality.

Also informing in prior that do not bar my outgoing serviced until the case and the dispute is been resolved and also calling the 121 no and intimating about the same to the floor supervisor on 20th feb around 8 pm IST (refer my account notes) still the services are barred.

As per my previous mail send i haven’t received any explanation why my complaint was not followed with the given time frame. This is the final request to you to provide me in writing why the action time is taking so long and also i would like to have a written letter why my outgoing services were barred even after giving me the assurance.

Failure to send the request with 24 hours and by not unbarring my service ASAP will lead the company name in negative action as per TRAI regulations.
