Lenovo Mobile Customer Repair Service Harrasment

As in my earlier mail of Lenovo Mobile Customer Care, i told you that i am facing problem of network while travelling, now i am facing problem of Battery as well. Yesterday, battery was around 47% charged, and suddenly it goes down to zero and mobile was switched off.

Please lookinto this matter seriously, and this piece is looking likefaulty kindly give me piece to piece replacement or elserefund my money, i hope you heard the word Voice of Customerin marketing, it directly affect to your selling as well,if someone asking about lenovo mobile what will be my sufggestion that you can now understand very well.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding problems i faced since last 2 months and i have visited your service center twice, i am stating you problems which i faced:

1. Network Problem: 1st time i have visted to solve this issue,but it is unsolved by service center.

2. Network cum Battery Problem: 2nd time i visited but i am facing 2 another problems i.e. hinderance found while talking and the space area also reduce from 16GB to 14.53GB.

For more details here i attached screen shot of my storage device, and earlier i have already sent Job sheet of last 2 visted your service center.

Will you please provide me permenant solution of it, or else give me refund and end this topic here.
