My SnapDeal Online Shopping Order no 432664192 for iHome IPL10 dock radio. Promised shipping by 13th January. Now till 2th neither the object nor refund recd.Only getting emails and reply from customer centre that it will be resolved within 24-48 hrs. Many 8 hrs passed since . Complete loss o trust with snapdeal

Through Snapdeal (Order ID 4287189495) i ordered a Panasonic P 61 for Rs 11,135/- on 04/01/2015.Online payment done.Promised delivery date was on 09/01/2015.Item not delivered due to their issues.Waited for many days. Cancelled order on 19/01/2015.Refund initiated on 24/01/2015.Called them many times.No refund received.Bank statement forwarded to them on 11/02/2015 as a proof. Still no refund received.(Complaint No.14601511) Snapdeal cheated us.
