As Lenovo Mobile Customer Care Representative claims “Qualitatative Repairs”, but as i already mentioned so many times and once again i point out that i have visited to your service center 3 times, and still the problems are not resolved.
Do you have any policy that how many times i have to visit to solve this issues? If the problems was resoved in the 1service than there is no need to such a mail communication. Are you intersted or capable enough to solve this issue or not? I feel that warranty will be over in this kind of communication but i will not get any solution for this issues.
Or give me assurance that you will replaced mobile /Refund my money if the problems are not resolved after visit of service center. Please give straight forward answer without any sympathy.
