Sir ,I am a student.I booked a ticket from Mangalore to Indore with makemytrip for a jet airways flight on 24th jan 2015.I wanted to book it for 20 May 2015 but by mistake I booked it for 20th June 2015. i realized it immediately and informed both the companies.Now they are telling me that the flights are non refundable and date change penalties are too high.I cannot get it cancelled as i wont be getting anything as a refund and date change penalties are very high. Neither make my trip nor jet Airways is understanding my problem. This is a error done by me but no body is cooperating. I have asked them to shift my travel date but they aren’t ready to do it. Please look into the matter and help me regarding this.

SIR i am not getting any amount as a refund ,the cancellation charges are too high. i committed this mistake while booking and immediately informed jet airways and makemytrip about this.i am a student sir and so i was booking the return flight after my exams.

i request you to please shift my travel dates from 20 th june 2015 to 20th may 2015 because i am not getting any refund but i want to continue the travel on 20 th may 2015 . the fligth sector and the passenger are the same. i am extremely sorry for the mistake but no relief is being offerred by any company.if i can get a refund ,that will also be of great help ,i am a regular flyer but still they aren’t cooperating.
