Air India QoS and Ticket Refund Issues

Concerning Officer / Manager. 31-12-2014. Air India. Dear Sir, I purchased an Air India ticket from Delhi India Gandhi International Airport on 21-12-2014. Ticket No.0982111796303. PNR No.AI-J3F6T. I gave cash money and the lady staff of Air India gave me an e-ticket. Though I demanded an LTC concession ,she gave a normal ticket. The ticket is for Delhi to Ahmedabad flight AI019 for 23-12-204.

On 23-12-2014 I was given Boarding pass for gate No.22A. I went to gate 22A and waited. When air idia staff did not appear I started enquiry and found that the staff is at Gate No. 19B. When I reached there I was informed by two ladies staff that flight is departed and both ladies started laughting on me. When I asked that why You did not enquired at gate 22A they did not replied. I told that you should have sent a SMS or call on my mobile but they did not replied. When I asked what to do they sent me to gate but at gate security told to go back to staff so again I went to 19B and asked staff then they called one male staff who returned my luggage and took me to main gate. I asked him about refund or adjusting ticket fro next flight but he told that you go out and ask at airindia desk at gate no,1. after canceling my boarding pass he put me out then I went to airindia desk where a lady staff informed that you have gone out so you will get minimum refund of Rs. 811=00. I told that my booking was done by air india staff on 21-12-2014 and I paid cash. She told me to log ecommerce@airindia.com mentioning ticket no. and PNR No. I told that I do not know while booking ticket by air India staff what login and password was used but she told that you go to ecommerce@airindia.com and you will get refund. After coming from village to day on 31-12-2014 , I went to said site but I do not find where to apply for refund and where to give ticket No and PNR No. I request you please help me for getting refund or send me refund at 23/2 Type-V Ordnance Equipment Factory Estate, Hazratpur,Tehsil-Tundla.Dist-Firozabad.Uttarpradesh. Pincode-283103. Please note that I am very much unhappy by non cooperative approach and negative attitude of air India staff and very much huer due to laughting of staff on me after I lost my flight.

I am 56 years old Diabetic heart patient( undergone Angioplasty) and I do not deserve such behaviors by air india staff. I had to travel Delhi to Ahmedabad by roadway Bus. I think I may be given full refund as I lost flight due to non cooperation from air India staff.
