Non Delivery of Refill – Indane Gas

Hi, My Indane Consumer number is 85840. I booked a refill with Indane on 18th Jan, 2014 but to dismay there is update on my booking status. There is no SLA provided by the agency and the refill has not been delivered yet (25th Jan, 2015).

Due to unavailability of the refill I have been suffering as I am not able to meet day-to-day needs. Indane never provide SLA and it always takes more than 15 days to deliver the refill gas. Indane should provide and SLA for any booking going forward. There should be some consumer redressal system.
