Vodafone – Repeatative irresponsible Billing

Vodafone company is billing the blackberry Internet plan since almost 6 months even after ; i have asked them to deactivate the service twice on customer care service and twice in the Vodafone gallary . In return i got the reply saying or system dots not processed your request so we have billed you regarding the service which i think is not my fault. Secondary they also billed me an unfair amount over the internet usage amount 6 months back without notifying me about the change of plan.

Even after recurring request for deactivation of the said service they didn’t do it and they are behaving rudely with me. Requesting then to correct the bill they didn’t do or and they threated me for disconnection of service . So to continue my business i have been paying the bills ever since. Its really mental agony that no one from vodafone is helping to resolve the issue. Economic damages are also there as business was hampared because of there behavior

Vodafone should immediately address the issue and pay the damages odd rs 15000/- in cash.
