This is with respect to my ICICI Credit Card statements for 11/09/2012 and 11/10/2012. The bank charged hefty interest and service amounts without any explanation and after my objection, the bank promised to send the detailed calculation of charges. However, even after several requests over a year, the bank has failed to keep its assurances.

I would like the bank to explain the interest and service charges as I deem these dubious and demand immediate rectification failing which I’ll not pay the same.
