Well before time on 17th Dec I have paid my ICICI credit card outstanding for the month. I have cancelled the credit card after the confirmation of reciept of the funds towards my outstanding on 20th Dec. I got the confirmation that my credit card account has been cancelled on 24th. Strangely on 26th Dec auto debit of Rs 24,042/- had happened on 26th Dec. Why there was a auto-debit had happened when i have made the payment well in time & after cancelling the account.

Double debiting of Rs.24,042/- on a month end is such a pain & that to in a festive season. That was the money for me & my family for new year celebration. It was for a new year gift to my wife as i have got newly married. I want ICICI to pay me back just not for the monetary loss but also to the mental agony & pain me & my family had gone through.
